Leslie Anderson Grievance Committee New York Second Department 10th Judicial District Appellate Division FAILS to Investigate Properly.

Check out this Conversation Below between Whistleblower Peter Sivere and Leslie Anderson Grievance Committee New York Second Department 10th Judicial District Appellate Division.

Looks to me like Leslie Anderson Grievance Committee New York Second Department 10th Judicial District Appellate Division, is basically Saying I Don't Care, this is Not My Job, Call George Demos Attorney - Like that Will Get any Real Justice in the Wall of Corruption coming Out of the New York Second Department.

Ms. Sanders,

How is it that the SEC OIG recommended disciplinary action against George Demos and your Committee had the chance to finish their recommendation but failed to do so?

Thank You,

Ms. Sanders,

Thank you for the information.

Now that it is public knowledge that the Committee investigated Mr. Demos (as per his disclosure below) and our tax dollars provided for that investigation, I would like to know who I need to contact to FOIA the documentation leading to Mr. Demos clearance of any ethical breaches.

There appears to be a disconnect between your investigation and the investigation conducted by the SEC OIG. Being Mr. Demos was vindicated of any wrongdoing by your Committee disclosure of your investigation, like the SEC investigation, should not be an issue.

Thank You,
Peter Sivere

Mr. Sivere,

Attorney information is available to the public at:http://www.nycourts.gov/attorneys/registration/index.shtml

Unfortunately I have no control over what Mr. Demos does with the letter he received from this Committee. While our investigations are confidential, he is free to disclose any of the information he provided to us, as well as the disposition letter he received.

You may wish to address your concerns to Mr. Demos' attorney.

Ms. Sanders,

To the extent that Mr. Demos chose to allow the below letter to become public, I would like to know which law firm Jeremy Friedman works for.

Thank You,
Peter Sivere

Hi Ms. Sanders,

I am not very happy that Mr. Demos included your letter and my name for this article. Please instruct Mr. Demos to refrain from using non-public information.

Mr. Sivere,

This complaint was initially handled by the Grievance Committee in NYC and respondent submitted his written answer to them. When the respondent moved his office to Suffolk, the case was transferred here.

Jurisdiction is based upon the respondent's office location.

Technically the NYC Committee may have been able to keep the investigation, however, because it was in the initial stages when the lawyer moved, they sent the case here.

I hope this answers your question.
